Barking Dog Leads To Pot Arrest

Ferndale police say a man accused of running a pot-growing operation was unwittingly turned in – by his dog.

Neighbors of the man called police to complain about his dog barking outside at 4 a.m. Saturday. According to the Oakland Press, when no one answered the door, police went in through an open door to make sure the man was okay. They found him half-asleep on a couch, and 150 marijuana plants in the basement.

Somebody should have shut that dog the hell up...what were you thinking.
