The Laurens County Sheriff’s Office said investigators have busted one of the largest marijuana grow houses ever found in the county.

Laurens County deputies and agents from the Drug Enforcement Administration said they found about 125 pounds of high-grade marijuana at a home on Andrews Road in Fountain Inn.

Investigators said the street value of the marijuana is estimated at about $480,000.

Agents also seized thousands of dollars worth of equipment from the operation they described as “elaborate.” Investigators said they seized irrigation and ventilation equipment, lights and other equipment.

The investigation is continuing and no one has been arrested yet.
