T.I.’s Drug Charges Have Been Dropped !!!!

Way to go T.I...Charges dropped but T.I. still faces jail time for violating his probation.

The D.A.'s Office says that T.I. has already been sentenced to prison since the arrest was a violation of his federal probation. That means he can't be tried for the same offense a second time.

But that's not all. TMZ says that there are problems with how T.I. was arrested. Cops said he was pulled over for an illegal U-turn, but they pulled him out of his car before he showed his license and registration. They also claim to have smelled marijuana, leading to the search, but no marijuana was found
